  • Separate criteria exists for the admission of children viz, A student seeking admission to classes 1st to IXth in this school will be eligible for the admission to that class only if he/she : (i) Has been studying in any recognized school affiliated to any recognised Board of Secondary Education in India. (ii) Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying exam. making him eligible for admission to that class. (iii) Satisfies the requirement of age limit as determined by the State Govt. Of UP. The age of a child should be 5 yrs or more at the time of admission to class I and subsequent for higher classes. A copy of birth certificate issued by a complete Authority should be attached with admission form. iv) Documents for submission: (a) The school leaving certificate/Transfer certificate signed by the Head of the institution last attended and counter signed by the Distt. Education Officer. However, counter signature of Education Officer will not be necessary in case the school last attended is situated within Distt. Gautambudh Nagar. (b) Document (s) in support of his/her having passed the qualifying equivalent exam. and the admission test conducted by this school barring nursery and K. G. Classes. In these classes admissions will be given out rightly on the availability of seats. (c) Rs. 100/- shall be charged from a student seeking admission from any school affiliated to the Board other than CBSE in classes IXth to XIIth as verification fee as per Board’s circular. Explanation: (v) The school will deliver the syllabii to the Parents for an aptitude test of their ward on demand at the time of registration. (vi) No student migrating from a school in a foreign country other than the school affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi shall be eligible for admission unless an Equivalency Certificate from Association of Indian Universities Kotla Road New Delhi & subsequent eligibility certificate of such a student has been obtained from the Central Board Secondary Education Delhi. For obtaining eligibility certificate from the Board, parent of the student shall submit anapplication with detailed documents to the Principal of this School with attached copy of Equivalency Certificate.Admission will only be accepted after obtaining eligibility certificate from the CBSE. vii)No candidate who is under the sentence of rustication or is expelled from any Board or University or is debarred from appearing in the examination for whetever reason by any Board/University shall be admitted to any class in this school. (viii) No student shall be admitted or promoted to any subsequent higher class in this school unless he/she has completed the regular course of study of the class to which he/she was admitted in the beginning of the academic session, qualifying him for promotion to the next higher class. (ix) Admission to class XI in the school shall be open to such a student who has- Passed secondary School Certificate Exam. conducted by a recognized Board of Secondary Education, Indian University and recognized by the CBSE as equivalent to its Secondary School education on the basis of percentage in the subjects prescribed by the school for admission in a particular stream and also subject to payment of certificate verification fee levied by CBSE with school fee. At present following percentage is prescribed for making a student eligible for admission in class XI. i)Science stream : Minimum 80% marks in aggregate in Class X and same percentage of marks in Maths to the aspirants who opt Science with Maths. (ii) Commerce Stream: Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Class X and 75% marks in Maths to the aspirants who opt commerce with Maths. (iii) Humanities Stream: All pass students of class X Irrespective of percentage in class X exam. Admission to class XII in the School shall be open to such a student who: (i) (a) has passed class XI from a School affiliated to Central Board of Sec. Education and. (b) has passed the admission test conducted by the School. (ii) A student who has passed class Xlth examination from a school which is recognized by any Board, other than the CBSE can be admitted in class XII after obtaining permission for such admission from The Chairman CBSE through Principal of the School against a limited reason i.e. either home or service transfer of the Parent. Note: Permission for admission from CBSE in classes Xth to XIIth to the students who studied in schools ,affiliated to any Board other than CBSE will be discretionary with payment of requisite fee & can’t be claimed as a matter of right. Registration: Perforated Registration Form for an Aptitude Test / Admission is attached to this prospectus. The form duly filled in along with requisite documents will have to be submitted to school office. The school does not charge any building fund, caution money or security deposits etc. Fee is collected Quarterly by 10 the of the month at the school counter. In case of delay in payment, a sum of Rs 100/- per month as late fee fine will be charged upto the 1ast working day of the month and name of the student will be struck off the rolls thereafter. Documents Required to be Submitted: Nursery: - I Municipal Birth Certificate (attested photocopy) Passport Size photograph Photocopy of proof of residence such as ration card, electricity bill, house tax receipt, PAN, Voter ID etc. Medical Fitness certificate (Original Copy) II to Class XI: - Progress report card of last examination passed (Photo Copy) Date of Birth & Character Certificate from the Principal of the recognised school where the child was studying or studied last. Proof of Residence ( Photo Copy) Passport Size Photograph. Transfer Certificate. Medical Fitness Certificate (Original Copy) Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected. Documents required at the time of admission. Original birth certificate Original proof of residence Parent Teacher Interaction: (I) For comprehensive development of the child, regular monitoring of the progress is necessary. The parents can provide useful in puts in this regard. It is mandatory for the parents to attend the P.T.M. conducted after exams to observe their ward’s performance and progress as assessed by them. (ii) Parents are requested to ensure that their child attends school regularly and punctually in complete school uniform. (iii) Interest in the school activities would enable understanding of the child’s progress. The progress report may carefully be perused to access the performance and progress of the child and returned duly signed to the Class Teacher Absence: Requirement of Attendance: (I) No student shall be eligible to appear in the Board examination unless he/she has completed 75 % of attendance counted from the first day of session upto the last working day in case of home examination. (II) No student shall be eligible to appear in Xth or Xllth Board examination unless he/she has completed 75 % of the attendance counted from the opening of class Xth or Xllth upto the 1st day of the month preceding the month in which the examination commences. (III) Shortage of attendance in case of home exams to an extent of permissible limit may be condoned by the principal of the school in exceptional circumstances created on medical grounds for serious diseases Like T.B., Jaundice etc. or injury requiring long period of hospitalization. It will be obligatory on a parent to submit his application requesting for condonement of shortage of attendance of his ward to the Principal of the School with attached medical certificate etc. at least four weeks before the commencement of examination. In case application is not submitted to the Principal on time or the request is rejected by the Principal the school will not be responsible for the consequences. Similar procedure shall have to be followed in cases where condonement of shortage of attendance is to be sought from the chairman of CBSE in cases of Board exams. Explanation: The following may be considered valid reasons for considering the cases of the candidates with attendance less than the prescribed percentage:- (a) Prolonged illness (b) Some incident leading to his absence from the school and meriting special consideration Note: Authorized participation in sponsored tournament and sports meet of not less than Inter School level and at NCC/NSS camp including the days of journey for such participation, shall be counted as full attendance. (iv) Name of the student shall be struck off the school rolls on account of unexplained absence beyond 10 days of calendar month. However readmission be considered by the Principal on the basis of availability of seat and subject to payment of readmission fee of Rs 1000/-
